Hi, We've got a trustee meeting coming up for one of our schemes, and I want to pull a summary of member queries from the past few months and how quickly we've resolved them. I can see all the data in the brain, but what's the best way to prepare a clean report for the trustees? What will the trustees ask when they see the response metrics? Kind regards, Harjit

Hi Harjit, Perfect for a trustee meeting. Create a new report showing member queries by category and resolution time. Filter down to your scheme records only. You can add a summary card showing average response time too, that's usually the first question trustees ask. I can help you build this if you'd like. Just let me know when you need it ready. Thanks, Callie
