- created · Josh Pearce 8 Apr 2026 12:28Our Salesforce connector has stopped loading new data. We haven't made any changes on our end, but no new records have come through since earlier this week. The last records indexed were from Tuesday.
- public_reply · Josh Pearce 8 Apr 2026 14:31Still no new records loading. This is affecting the dashboards our client managers are using.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 8 Apr 2026 17:31Thanks Josh. Just so I've got this right: your Salesforce connector stopped syncing on Tuesday. Can you check that the API token in your Salesforce integration hasn't expired? If it has, you'll need to refresh it in your Salesforce settings and reconnect to the brain.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 10 Apr 2026 13:25I've checked your connector logs and I can see authentication failures from Tuesday afternoon. Once you've refreshed the token on the Salesforce side and reconnected, the sync should start up again. Let me know once you've done that and we can confirm it's working. Thanks, Bethan
