What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Carnmoor's pre-built dashboards showed stale fleet data from the previous day despite live data available in the brain search. Olivia cleared the dashboard cache and re-indexed, resolving the issue before client meetings.
Problem: Gemma reported dashboards showing last week's fleet data while the underlying brain search was current. She needed accurate figures for client review meetings the same day.
Handling: Olivia diagnosed the issue as dashboard cache rather than data freshness. She cleared the cache and re-indexed the dashboards, confirming current data would appear after the next nightly refresh by 27 Feb 2026.
Watch: Gemma expressed satisfaction with the resolution speed, reducing escalation risk.

We're using the ones your team set up during implementation, but I'm seeing figures from last week. Is this a data sync issue or have we misconfigured something? Our account managers need these to be accurate before they go into their client meetings, so this is a bit urgent. Thanks, Gemma

Can you tell me which specific dashboards aren't updating properly, and have you checked the refresh settings? Sometimes the dashboard refresh schedule is set to something different than the main data refresh. Cheers, Olivia

I looked at one of the dashboards this morning and it's still showing data from Wednesday even though it's now Thursday. But the raw data in the brain search is current, which is odd. Thanks, Gemma
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 27 Feb 2026 12:03Thanks for checking that. It sounds like the issue is with the dashboard cache rather than the underlying data. I've cleared the cache and re-indexed the dashboards on your account. They should update properly on tonight's refresh cycle, so you should see current data in them by tomorrow morning. Cheers, Olivia
- Public reply · Gemma Thorne 27 Feb 2026 16:50Great, thanks for sorting that quickly. The dashboards are showing the right data now, which is exactly what we needed for the client meetings. Thanks, Gemma
