Problem: Ailsa's team needs to export data in bulk to other systems for processing, but currently must download page by page. The team lacks in-house developers, making an API workaround infeasible.
Handling: Bethan suggested the API approach but understood it would not work for Ailsa's team. She passed the feature request to the product team and confirmed it was added to the roadmap. No timeline was committed.
Opportunity: Bulk export is a feature that could unlock value for SMB customers with limited development resources and support workflows requiring periodic data export.

A lot of our workflows need to export data into other systems for processing. Is this something you could add, or is there a workaround we're missing? The current approach is to use the API to pull records programmatically if you have a developer available. Would that work for your team, or do you need a UI option? Thanks, Bethan
