Current to 11 Oct 26Tomasz Wiśniewski requested a bulk action feature to speed up merchant status updates in the dashboard. Bethan Lister clarified the requirement and escalated to the product team with an expected two-week response.
The customer uses the dashboard builder to manage merchant onboarding cohorts and hit a productivity limit updating statuses one by one. Bethan Lister's clarifying question (same status vs different statuses) showed sound requirements gathering. The escalation to product sprint planning is appropriate. Watch: This signals active dashboard adoption and investment. Quick delivery of this enhancement could strengthen the renewal and support an upsell argument.

Currently we're updating merchant statuses one by one, which takes a long time when we're processing a large cohort of merchants. Being able to select multiple and update them in a single action would speed things up significantly.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 23 Mar 2026 16:05Great idea. Bulk actions would save your team a lot of time. Just so I've got this right, are you updating all of them to the same status at once, or different statuses in a single operation?
- public_reply · Tomasz Wiśniewski 24 Mar 2026 10:22Same status. We move merchants through onboarding cohorts and each cohort gets a status. Right now it's one by one, but being able to select multiple and set the status would be much faster.
- public_reply · Bethan Lister 24 Mar 2026 13:24Perfect, that fits well with the dashboard builder capabilities. I've passed this to the product team and they'll discuss it at sprint planning. You should hear back within a couple of weeks with a timeline.
