What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ryan Heslop reported the referrals connector had not pulled data for several days. Connor Webb resolved it by having Ryan delete and re-authenticate the connector with the referrals system.
Problem: Connector stopped syncing; last successful batch was several days before report. Handling: Connor asked when data last came through, Ryan checked logs and confirmed several days gap, then Connor suggested connector reset via delete and re-authentication. Ryan confirmed fresh data resumed immediately. Watch: Several-day detection lag suggests limited monitoring on customer side; recommend proactive alerting for sync failures.

- Public reply · Connor Webb 25 Apr 2025 00:50Thanks for getting in touch. Just so I've got this right, the referrals connector has stopped syncing data, is that correct? Can you tell me when you last saw new data come through?
- Public reply · Ryan Heslop 29 Apr 2025 15:44Looking back at the sync logs, the last successful batch came through several days ago. Nothing since then. We haven't made any changes on our end.
- Public reply · Connor Webb 30 Apr 2025 12:39Can you try deleting the connector in your Snowflake instance and re-authenticating it with your referrals system? That usually resets the sync and gets fresh data flowing.
- Public reply · Ryan Heslop 2 May 2025 13:51Just tried that and it's working again, fresh data is coming through. Thanks for the help.
