As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Leanne Armstrong reported the nightly refresh did not complete, leaving reporting data 24 hours stale and missing critical new referrals and turnaround data. Connor Webb found a connector sync timeout and triggered a manual refresh at 14:20.
Problem: Nightly refresh failed, leaving data stale for daily trust reporting. Root cause: timeout on the referrals connector sync, the query exceeding the allowed time window. Handling: Connor immediately investigated, found the timeout issue, and triggered a manual refresh. He escalated to Samir to review recent data volume or query complexity changes. Watch: High priority for this customer; repeated failures would trigger service credits and damage trust relationships.

- created · Leanne Armstrong 5 Mar 2025 08:27Hi, I'm looking at the brain this morning and the data hasn't refreshed from last night. The reporting numbers are the same as they were yesterday, which means we're missing all the new referrals and turnaround data that came through. For our reporting to the trusts, this is critical - they need today's numbers. Can you help get this refreshed urgently?
- Public reply · Connor Webb 5 Mar 2025 11:23Hi Leanne. Thanks for letting me know straight away. I can see the refresh didn't complete last night. I'm checking the logs now to find out what stopped it. I'll work on getting this sorted and push through a manual refresh. Should be back on track shortly. Thanks, Connor
- Internal note · Connor Webb 5 Mar 2025 14:20Refresh logs show a timeout on the referrals connector sync - looks like the query is taking longer than the time window allows. Fetching the logs to Samir to check if there's been a recent change to the data volume or query complexity. Manual refresh triggered at 14:20.
