Problem: Implementation follow-up on two requirements: export merchant data from dashboards for compliance reports, and restrict junior analysts to specific merchant views. Handling: First response 49 minutes. Bethan confirmed export capability using the dashboard download button or bulk download, and explained that Growth tier includes role-based access control. Katrin asked about region-based access restrictions, and Bethan suggested dashboard filters as an initial approach. Katrin decided to test dashboard filters first rather than adding users with different roles. Watch: The customer chose a simpler filtering approach over granular role-based access, suggesting that dashboard-level controls may be sufficient for their use case.

For user roles, the Growth tier includes role-based access. Tell me which merchants each person should see, and I can set them up with appropriate roles. What's your team structure?

They should only see merchants in their region, plus a few shared strategic accounts.
