Customer needs to search merchants by risk level in dashboards. Risk level field exists in their risk system, not yet in CRM. Question raised during data migration.

Problem: Aylin wants to filter merchants by risk profile (low, medium, high) in the brain. The risk_level field is managed in their risk system, not in the CRM. This question arose during a legacy data migration to the CRM happening that week. Handling: First response 464 minutes. Bethan explained that the brain can only search data synced to the CRM, and asked whether risk_level needs to be mapped into the CRM first. Bethan offered to walk through the dashboard builder setup once the CRM field is populated. Watch: This is healthy adoption during implementation; the customer is making deliberate choices about which data lives in the CRM.

I'm setting up the brain for our merchant risk team. I need to search for merchants based on their risk profile, specifically, how to find merchants flagged as high-risk so I can run analysis on them. Is there a built-in filter for risk level in the dashboard, or do I need to pull that data separately?

I should clarify: we tag merchants in our risk system with a 'risk_level' field (low, medium, high). Can the brain search on that field, or do I need to have that data already in our CRM first? We're migrating merchant data over from our legacy system this week, so I want to know what needs to be set up before we go live.

Just so I've got this right, you want to search merchants by their risk level, which you're managing in your risk system. The brain can only search data that's been synced into your CRM. First question: is the risk level currently a field in your CRM, or do you need to map it in from your risk system? That'll determine how we set up the connector.

Once your CRM has the risk_level field populated, you can create a dashboard with a filter on that field, or search for merchants where risk_level equals 'high'. I can walk you through the steps in the dashboard builder if that helps. What system are you using for your merchant data, is it already in your CRM?
