What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Salesforce connector stopped pulling new data without error messages, leaving account managers with stale records. Support is investigating connector logs and Salesforce connectivity.
Problem: The Salesforce connector shows no new records since Wednesday morning and no error flags, yet it reports a successful final sync. Account managers cannot see current customer data, suggesting a silent failure in the connector logic rather than a connectivity or permissions issue. Handling: Olivia Grant gathered specifics about which Salesforce org is affected and began investigating platform-side logs. Watch: A silent connector failure not visible in error logs represents a gap in monitoring that could affect other customers.

The dashboard shows no error messages - the last sync completed successfully, but nothing has synced since then. This is blocking our teams from making accurate decisions on customer accounts. What's happened and when can we get fresh data flowing again?
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 20 Jul 2026 13:57Hi Deepa, thanks for that. Just so I've got this right, the Salesforce connector shows no new records since Wednesday and no error messages - it's as if it just stopped pulling in the data. Can you tell me which Salesforce org it's connecting to? That'll help me check the logs on our end to see what's happening. Cheers, Olivia
- public_reply · Deepa Chauhan 21 Jul 2026 13:50Yes, that's the situation exactly. It's our main org. The dashboard shows the last successful sync was Wednesday morning - no error flags, no warnings, nothing to explain why it stopped. Is there something we need to run on the Salesforce side to restart the connector, or is this something you can resolve from the BB-Demo platform?
