- created · Deepa Chauhan 22 May 2026 09:34Hi, I'm having trouble with date range filtering in the brain. When we set up a filter to show orders from a certain point in the month onwards, the results include orders from before that date. I can see this is causing issues with our month-end reconciliation, we're getting records we shouldn't be. Can you explain how the date filter is supposed to work, or whether there's a setting I'm missing?
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 22 May 2026 10:42Thanks Deepa. Just to clarify: when you set up the filter, were you using a start date with no end date, or specifying both a start and end date? And when you say the results include orders from before the filter date, are you seeing significantly older orders, or just orders from near the boundary? Also, which data source is this filtering: your CRM orders, calls, or something else?
