Problem: Account queries showed duplicate records, particularly for major accounts. - created · Neil Ashworth 22 May 2026 15:42I've noticed something odd when I query account histories in the brain, the results seem to be showing duplicate records. When I search for a particular trade account and pull its call logs and order history together, some records are appearing twice. It's not consistent across all accounts, but it's affecting at least the major accounts we track. Is this a known issue, or might there be something specific to how our connectors are configured?
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 22 May 2026 18:24I see the issue. Your Salesforce connector was pulling orders from two sources that both map to the same field, which is why you're seeing duplicates. This can happen if there's a custom field or archived records list that mirrors the standard orders object. I've corrected that in the backend configuration. A fresh sync will run tonight at 07:00 and should clear them all. Can you verify after tomorrow's refresh and let me know if they're gone? Thanks, Bethan
