As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Neil Ashworth asked how to save searches for team reuse. Bethan Lister provided step-by-step instructions for saving and accessing searches via the UI.
Problem: Neil needed a way for his team to reuse complex searches without rebuilding filters weekly. Handling: Bethan provided clear instructions: run the search, click Save search, name it, choose visibility level, and save. The saved search then appears in the search menu for team reuse.

- created · Neil Ashworth 9 Apr 2026 10:12Hi, We're trying to set up a saved search that shows all open orders for key accounts in the North region. We've found the search feature in the brain, but we can't work out how to save it so the team can use it every week without rebuilding it from scratch. Is there a way to save searches, or do we need to run them manually each time? Cheers, Neil
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 9 Apr 2026 18:47Hi Neil, Good question. Just so I've got this right, you want to create a reusable search filter that your team can access, yeah? Here's how: 1. Run your search until you've got the results you want (accounts plus region plus open orders, whatever your filters are) 2. Click "Save search" at the top of the results 3. Give it a name, something like "North region, open orders" 4. Choose who can see it, just you or the whole team 5. Hit save After that it'll show up in your search menu under "Saved searches", so the team can run it without rebuilding the filter. Saves time every week. Let me know if you hit any snags. Thanks, Bethan
