What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026CRM nightly load stopped running due to expired or rotated API credentials. Connor identified the authentication error in logs and instructed Tariq to check with the CRM admin and provide updated credentials.
Problem: The CRM connector failed to sync new records after an overnight load failure, blocking data updates to the brain.
Handling: Connor diagnosed an authentication error by reviewing the logs and guided Tariq through the troubleshooting steps.
Watch: Data freshness is at risk while the connector remains offline. Tariq appears to be the sole connector owner.

- created · Tariq Saleem 24 Feb 2026 15:29Hi Connor, the CRM connector's nightly load stopped working. The job failed yesterday morning and we haven't had any new records indexed since then. I've checked our setup but can't spot the issue. Can you check the connector logs and see what went wrong? Cheers, Tariq.

This usually means the API credentials have expired or been rotated on your side. Can you check with your CRM admin whether anything changed recently with the credentials or the service account permissions? If the credentials have been updated in the CRM, we'll need the new ones to get the connector working again. Let me know what you find. Cheers, Connor.
