Customer needed to onboard a new team member and deactivate a departed manager. Olivia explained SSO auto-deprovisioning and completed both tasks ready for Monday start.

Problem: New customer service team member joining Monday; departed manager needed access removed. Handling: Olivia explained SSO auto-deprovisioning works automatically within hours but offered manual sync for immediate effect. Obtained new team member details, activated account, and manually synced to deactivate departed staff. Both completed ahead of Monday start date. Watch: Ongoing access management working smoothly with SSO integration.

We're onboarding a new team member to customer service and need to set them up with access to the brain. At the same time, we should deactivate access for a manager who's left the company. They're no longer in our directory so the SSO should handle the deprovisioning, but I wanted to flag it explicitly.

Thanks for flagging this. For the new team member, I'll need their full name, work email address, and which sections of the brain they'll need access to. For the person who's left, the SSO will deactivate them automatically at the next sync cycle, usually within a couple of hours, but I can trigger a manual sync if you need it to happen straightaway.

Thanks. I'll send the new person's details separately, can you check your email? And yes, a manual sync would be helpful if you can do it.

Just checking in, have you had a chance to set up the new team member? We want to make sure they're ready to go before they start on Monday.

All set. The new team member is now activated and ready to use the brain, and the departed staff member's account is fully deactivated. They should be good to go on Monday.
