Problem: After activating a new team, dashboard load time had degraded to 30 to 40 seconds when querying across 300,000 records from CRM and call log connectors across six charts. Handling: BG-Demo identified a full table scan query and optimized the indexing, which reduced load time to approximately 8 seconds. Customer confirmed the team was happy with the improved performance.

We've just activated a new team and there's more usage now. - Public reply · Olivia Grant 29 Jan 2026 09:21Thanks. I've reviewed your dashboard config. There's a query doing a full table scan that we can optimise. I'm going to adjust the indexing on your side, which should bring load time down to five to ten seconds.
