Problem: Key Account Manager needed to isolate one NHS trust's orders in a dashboard for weekly synchronisation meetings. Search and default dashboard view showed all trusts' data.
Handling: Assigned to Olivia Grant. First response at 14:47 on 2026-06-17 (45 minutes after urgent request), seeking clarification of dashboard in use. Grant reviewed account 19 Jun 2026 and provided filter dropdown location (Orders dashboard, Trust Name) and saved view feature. Customer confirmed success 22 Jun 2026 and praised solution.

I've tried using the search, but it's not working the way I expected. I need to demonstrate this to the trust by our meeting tomorrow. Can you show me the right way to filter by a specific trust?
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 17 Jun 2026 14:47Hi Lee, thanks for getting in touch. Just so I've got this right: you want to see orders for just one trust in your dashboard view? There are a couple of ways to do this. Can you tell me which dashboard or page you're working in?
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 19 Jun 2026 12:39I've had a look at your account. In the Orders dashboard, there's a filter dropdown at the top left that lets you filter by Trust Name. Click that and select Nottingham General, then click Apply and the dashboard will show only that trust's orders. You can also save this as a view for next time - click the Save View button when you've got the filter set up. Can you try that and tell me what you see?
