Hi, one of our key-account managers is struggling with something I need to figure out. They want to search for orders across a couple of specific trusts, but they're not sure how to limit the search results. Our managers often need to pull data for two or three trusts at a time. Is there a way to do this in the query builder, or do they need to run separate searches? Just want to make sure we're using the brain efficiently.

Hi Sunita, just so I've got this right - your managers want to pull results that match a couple of trusts at once in a single query? That's definitely possible. Can you try this: in the query builder, look for the trust field and use the "equals" dropdown to select "multiple values". You should then see checkboxes for each trust. Let me know if that doesn't show up or if you run into trouble. Thanks, Bethan

Got it, found it! That's exactly what we needed. The managers can now pull the data they want without running multiple searches. Perfect, cheers.
