Callum Reid asked how to query and export claims linked to a specific submission with status and reserve figures. Took 256 minutes to first response; ticket solved 7 Oct 2026 after customer confirmed the claims connector is connected.

Problem: Callum Reid wants to export claims data matched to submissions with status and reserves, currently built manually. He confirmed the claims system is connected on 28 Sep 2026 but needs help with the join query syntax.

Handling: Bethan Lister asked clarifying questions on 24 Sep 2026 to confirm the data sources and relationship type. Callum confirmed on 28 Sep 2026 that he needs guidance on the many-to-one relationship query.

Watch: Customer is asking for self-service analytics capability. Readiness to invest time in building queries shows opportunity to expand adoption and unlock value.

I need to export a list of claims on a given submission, with status and reserve figures, so I can send it to the syndicates. Right now I'm building those by hand from the claims system and our CRM. It's time-consuming and error-prone. Can the brain pull that together for me in one go?

Hi Callum, thanks for the question. Just to be clear – you want to pull claims from the claims system and link them to a specific submission, then export the status and reserve figures together? That way the syndicates get a single view of their exposure on that deal. Just need to check: is the claims system already connected as a connector in your brain?

Yes, it's connected. The issue is I don't know how to build the query to match claims to the submission. It's a many-to-one relationship and the brain interface isn't obvious. Can you walk me through how to do it?
