Current to 14 Oct 26After the 18 Aug 2026 demo, Jordan Pike set out a £155k Enterprise proposal including implementation. Amber Schultz replied wanting a connector list from Theo and the proposal split into subscription and implementation.
Ask: Amber wants Theo's list of needs on the CRM and helpdesk side, how the overnight refresh runs, and the proposal with subscription and implementation separated.
Customer view: The demo was useful and Nicole's team liked the community view. Amber wants clarity on who owns what before going further, and Kristin needs the split proposal internally.
Next: Jennifer's privacy review must happen before signature, and the working plan is a decision by 29 Dec 2026. The £155k is a proposal figure, not an annual price, and remains open.

- Jordan Pike 18 Aug 2026 19:23Hi all, Thanks for the time today. Here's where we are after the demo. You saw Enterprise running on a sample of your own kind of data, with enquiries, complaints and contracts for each community in one view. The proposal we discussed comes to £155,000 in total, which includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price, and I will break out the annual subscription and the implementation separately in the written proposal so it is clear. To be transparent, there are two things still open. First, Amber, I know you want to understand which of your systems connect and how the data stays in your own Snowflake account. Theo is copied and can walk you through that. Second, Jennifer's privacy review needs to happen before anything is signed, and we will make time for it whenever suits her. Our working plan is a decision by 29 Dec 2026. What would make this a yes for each of you? Thanks, Jordan
- Amber Schultz 19 Aug 2026 09:42Jordan, Thanks for the follow-up. The demo was useful, and Nicole's team in particular liked seeing the community view. On the connectors, I would like Theo to send a short list of what he needs from us on the CRM and helpdesk side, and how the refresh runs overnight. We would want to be sure we know who owns what before we take it further. Please also send the proposal with the subscription and the implementation separated, as you said. Kristin will need that before it goes any further internally. Amber
