After the demo the team liked the client view, but Monica Starling wants written answers on where it runs, access control and exit before going further. Ethan Brody will review. Close still expected 12 May 2026 at £62k.

Ask: Monica asked for a written response she can pass to Ethan Brody, the information security director, on three areas.

Customer view: positive on the demo, but the security answers gate progress. Jordan copied Theo Gallagher and said the close date will move rather than rush the review.

Next: Theo to send numbered, evidenced answers.

Hi all, Thanks for the time on the demo. Here's where we are: - We showed tickets, calls and renewals grouped by employer client, on your own data. - Jasmine asked about seeing a single client's history before a renewal conversation. That's covered in the client view we walked through. - Monica raised how data from your systems is brought in and who can see what. I've copied Theo Gallagher, our Solutions Engineer, who will handle the technical and security questions. To be transparent, he'll give you evidence for each control rather than a summary, so it may take a little longer than a quick reply. Monica, if you can send the questions your team wants answered, Theo will work through them in order. Thanks, Jordan

Jordan, Thanks for the follow-up. The demo was useful and the team liked the client view. From my side, before we go further I'd need answers on three things: how your product runs inside our own data environment, how access is controlled for staff who handle employer data, and what happens to our data if we ever leave. Our information security director, Ethan Brody, will want to see these too. Can Theo send something written that I can pass to Ethan? Monica

Hi all, Thanks, Monica. Yes, Theo will send a written response you can pass straight to Ethan, with the three areas numbered to match your note: where it runs, how access is controlled, and how exit works. Theo won't answer anything he can't back up, so where a control needs evidence he'll attach it, and where something is still to be confirmed he'll say so and give a date. For planning, we're still working to an expected close around 12 May 2026, and the deal value remains £62,000 including the one-off implementation fee. If the security review needs more time, tell me and we'll move that date rather than rush it. Thanks, Jordan
