What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the 12 Nov 2025 demo, Daan Visser asked whether risk data can be restricted from merchant success and how long a new source takes to appear. Matteo Ricci promised a precise note from Hannah Lowe.
Ask: Daan is supervised and must explain access controls to compliance. He also wants connector timing.
Customer view: engaged, but the answers gate his support. Eline did not reply in this thread.
Next: Hannah to send a note on access controls and connector timings; Matteo will not commit a connector date until engineering agrees it.

- Matteo Ricci 12 Nov 2025 17:03Dear Eline, dear Daan, Thank you both for joining the demo today. I have copied Hannah, who ran it, so that any technical questions go straight to her. In short, we showed disputes, tickets and volumes for a merchant on one page, and the questions you can ask of that data in plain language. Two things I would like your view on: - Which merchants would you want to see first in a pilot view? - What does your regulator need to see about how the data is held and who can access it? We are still aiming for a decision by 22 Jan 2026, and the indicative deal value remains £59,500. Please tell me if anything in the proposal should change. Best regards, Matteo
- Daan Visser 17 Nov 2025 08:07Matteo, Thanks for the demo and the summary. From the risk side, my main question is access. Can my team see dispute and risk data that merchant success cannot see, or is everything visible to everyone who has a login? We are supervised, and I need to be able to explain this clearly to our compliance people. I would also like to know how long a new data source takes to appear in the brain after we connect it. Regards, Daan
- Matteo Ricci 17 Nov 2025 10:18Dear Daan, dear Eline, Thank you, Daan, those are the right questions to ask early. Let me confirm that in writing rather than answer from memory. Hannah owns the technical detail, so she will send you a precise note on access controls and on connector timings. I have asked her to be exact about what is configurable and what is not, and I will not commit to a date for the connectors until engineering has agreed it. If it helps your compliance colleagues, I can arrange a short call with Hannah to go through it with them directly. Best regards, Matteo
