Matteo Ricci set out Growth at an indicative £60k including implementation, with a decision by 22 Jan 2026. Eline Bakker agreed the summary but called the figure indicative only until budget is agreed.

Ask: Matteo wanted the first source systems to be connected. Eline named the CRM, the helpdesk and the accounting system, then disputes.

Customer view: she accepted the scope and the January date for planning, but cannot commit before internal budget approval.

Next: Eline asked for a short list of what BG-Demo needs from her side for the demo, with an owner for each item.

Dear Eline, Thank you for your time on our discovery call. I would rather you heard the next steps from me in writing, so here is where we are. As I understood it, merchant success and merchant risk want one view of each merchant: disputes, tickets and volumes together, so that you and Daan's team agree on a merchant's story from the same data. Growth is the tier that fits that scope, and the indicative deal value at this stage is £59,500. That is a total figure and includes the one-off implementation. We are working towards a decision by 22 Jan 2026, but that date is yours to adjust. Could you confirm which source systems you would want connected first? With that I can ask our solutions engineer to prepare a demo on a representative set of your data. Best regards, Matteo

Hi Matteo, Thanks for the summary, it matches my notes. First sources: the CRM, the helpdesk and the accounting system. Disputes come after that. Let's make it practical: please send a short list of what you need from our side for the demo, and who owns each item. One point on budget. I cannot commit anything before it is agreed internally, so please treat the figure as indicative only. The date in January is fine for planning. Groetjes, Eline
