Ask: Callie wants a date before the end of the month for a one-hour session on searching, chat and pages, using Ardenmore's own scheme data.

Customer view: Matthew is cooperative but busy, and admits most of the team have not logged in. He proposes recording the session for those who miss it.

Next: Callie to confirm a slot, Thursday afternoon or Friday morning of the following week.

Hi Matthew, Thanks for your time on the call. As promised, here is the plan for getting your team comfortable with the brain. What I need from your side is a date for a short training session, about an hour, with whoever in the client relationship team will be asking questions day to day. I'd suggest we do it before the end of this month so the first refresh is still fresh in everyone's mind. It maps cleanly onto what Harjit set up, so I'll walk through searching, chat and the pages your team already has, using your own scheme data. If you can send me two or three slots that suit, I'll confirm one the same day. Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy week with a couple of scheme valuations going out. Thursday afternoon or Friday morning next week would work for me. I'll check who else can make it, but at the moment it may be just two or three of us, as most of the team haven't logged in yet. Is it fine if we keep it to an hour and I record it for those who miss it? Let me know which slot suits you. Kind regards, Matthew Grice Client Relationship Manager, Ardenmore Pension Administration
