Ask: Rachel asked for a PO number if needed, confirmation the invoice reached the right person, and that it will be in the payment run before the due date.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread.
Next: Rachel wants to know whether both open invoices are held up for the same reason, and asked for any query to be stated.

- Rachel Dunmore 26 May 2026 12:31Dear Debbie, Please find attached invoice INV-155-0009 for your Growth subscription, issued today, 26 May 2026. For your records, the details are: - Net amount: £11,000 - VAT: £2,200 - Gross amount: £13,200 - Due date: 25 Jun 2026 Could you confirm the PO number, if your purchase ledger needs one, so that it can be matched on your side? If one is required and I don't have it, please send it over and I will reissue the invoice with the reference on it. I would also be grateful if you could confirm that this invoice has reached the right person and that it will be included in the payment run before the due date. I can see that one earlier invoice is still showing as open on our ledger, and I would like to make sure the two are not being held up for the same reason. If there is a query on either of them, please tell me what it is and I will look at it straight away. Please send remittance advice to me once payment has been made, quoting the invoice number. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
