Current to 13 Oct 26Marcus Bell summarised the QBR in writing: few regular users against 40 licensed, questions concentrated in a handful of people, connectors to check, and the term ending 22 Aug 2026. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Marcus asked Craig, Valerie and Sunil to name who should attend a short working session. He wants each team's needs for the brain understood before any talk of the next term.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread.
Renewal: Marcus tied the next term at £44k to the brain earning its place. The evidence does not show whether the term ending 22 Aug 2026 was renewed.

- Marcus Bell 7 Apr 2026 15:33Hello Craig, Valerie and Sunil, Thanks for making the time for the QBR. I've pulled the numbers together again and wanted to put the main points in writing, so we all have the same list. - Usage: a fairly small group of people are in the brain regularly, compared with the 40 licensed users on the Growth plan. It has crept up recently, which is good, but there is plenty of room. - Spread: most of the questions seem to come from a handful of people. I'd like to understand whether the project and credit-control teams are using it day to day, or whether it is still mostly the commercial side. - Connectors: Sunil, you know these best. If anything in the project, commercial or finance systems has changed lately, it would help to know so I can check everything is still loading properly. - Renewal: the current term runs to 22 Aug 2026, so we have a few months. I'd like to use them to make sure the brain is earning its place before we talk about the next term at £44,000 or anything different. What I'd suggest is a short working session with Sunil and one person from each team, to look at what each of them needs the brain to answer. Happy to jump on a call whenever suits. Could you each let me know who should be there? Shall we book thirty minutes next week? Thanks, Marcus
