Scheduling thread for the Growth quarterly review: Craig Ashwell agreed a Thursday morning slot, Marcus Bell confirmed 10:00. Craig wants to see who asks the most questions, whether the credit team are in, and variations showing per project.

Ask: Craig asked for the usage numbers, a view of who is asking the most questions and whether the credit team are in yet. He also wants variations showing against each project properly.

Customer view: engaged, and bringing his head of projects if she is free.

Next: Marcus sends the invite for Thursday at 10:00 and walks through usage by team, credit-control progress and variations on Ashwell Mercer data.

Hi Craig, It's time to get your quarterly review in the diary. As part of Growth we sit down each quarter and go through usage, what the teams are getting from the brain and anything you want us to look at. I've pulled the numbers already and the picture is good, so it should be a short and useful session. Could you let me know which days next week suit you? I'd like 30 minutes, an hour at most, and I'm happy to work around site visits. If anyone else from the project or credit teams should be there, say so and I'll invite them. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Sorry, been on site most of last week. Thursday morning next week works. Anything before 11:00 is fine. Bring the usage numbers. I want to see who is asking the most questions and whether the credit team are in there yet. Also want to talk about how we get variations showing against each project properly. I'll ask our head of projects to join if she's free. Craig

Hi Craig, No problem at all. Thursday at 10:00 it is, and I'll send the invite this afternoon. Please forward it to your head of projects if she can join. For the session I'll cover: - usage by team, and who is asking the questions - where the credit-control team has got to - how variations are showing against projects, with a walk-through on your own data On 30 Mar 2026, at 09:25, Craig Ashwell wrote: > Bring the usage numbers. Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
