What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Marcus Bell asked to book the next check-in, citing more team use and a quiet support queue. Craig Ashwell replied that the PMs find the client history useful, agreed Thursday morning and asked for the list of users who have not logged in.
Ask: Marcus wanted to cover who is asking questions, which of the 40 licensed users have not logged in, and what Craig wants before the renewal conversation.
Customer view: Craig said the PMs find the client history useful, "which is what I wanted". He took ownership of chasing the non-users himself.
Next: Marcus sends the invite for Thursday morning, after 09:30, with the list of users who have not logged in.

- Marcus Bell 6 Mar 2026 13:57Hi Craig, Quick one to get our next check-in in the diary. I've pulled the numbers ahead of it and there is some good news: more of your team have been using the brain since the session with the project managers, and the support queue is quiet at the moment. I'd like to show you what they have been asking, because some of it is exactly the variations and client history you wanted. What I'd like to cover: - Who is asking questions and what about - Which of your 40 licensed users have not logged in yet - What you want from the brain before the renewal conversation later in the year Shall we book half an hour sometime next week? Mornings tend to be easiest for me, but I'll work around your site visits. Thanks, Marcus
- Craig Ashwell 11 Mar 2026 10:13Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply. Two live handovers this week. Good to hear it is being used. The PMs have been telling me they find the client history useful, which is what I wanted. Let's get paid for what we've built, and this helps. Thursday morning works for me, any time after 09:30. Send the invite and I'll accept it. Bring the list of people who have not logged in. I'll chase them myself. Craig
