Current to 13 Oct 26After a check-in, Marcus Bell wrote up low usage: about six of 40 licensed users, two support tickets and renewal due 22 Aug 2026. Craig Ashwell accepted the notes, wants PMs trained on live jobs and ties renewal to what they do.
Ask: Marcus proposed a half hour with the project managers on variations next to client calls and emails. Craig agreed, for the next week, on live jobs rather than a demo.
Customer view: Craig called six people out of 40 not good enough and wants an answer on the tickets before the session. On renewal he said "fine" but wants to see what the PMs do with the brain first.
Next: update on both tickets, then the PM session, then the renewal conversation with Priya on the commercial side.

- Marcus Bell 24 Feb 2026 09:04Hi Craig, Thanks for making time yesterday. I've pulled the numbers and written up what we covered, so we are both working from the same page. - You have 40 licensed users, but day to day only around six people are actually in the brain. Most of the questions come from a small group. - There were a couple of support tickets over the last month, and one of them was marked high priority. I'll make sure you have a clear update on both, and I'll chase them with the support team this week. - You told me the variations picture is where you want the most value. At the moment that view is only being used by a few people, so there is plenty of headroom. - Your contract runs to 22 Aug 2026, so we should start talking about the renewal in good time, with Priya involved on the commercial side. Happy to jump on a call with your project managers and show them how to see variations next to client calls and emails. Shall we book half an hour for that? If I've got anything wrong from the call, tell me and I'll correct it. Thanks, Marcus
- Craig Ashwell 24 Feb 2026 11:28Marcus, Thanks for this. Notes are fair. Six people out of 40 is not good enough. I know that. The project managers are the ones who need to be in there. Where's the variation? What has the client signed? They should be able to answer both without ringing me. Yes to the half hour with the PMs. Make it next week, and keep it practical: their live jobs, not a demo. I'll get them in the room. On the tickets, I want to hear back before the session, please. If something is broken I'd rather know now. Anything on the invoice side goes to our credit controller, not me. On renewal, fine. Let's see what the PMs do with it first. Craig
