Check-in call this week?

Hi Craig, Hope the week has gone well. I would like to book a check-in with you before the end of the month, and I think it is overdue. I've pulled the numbers for the last few weeks and I'd like to walk you through them. In short: - Usage has been steady, but only a small group of people are using the brain regularly, compared with the 40 licensed users you have. - A couple of tickets have come in recently, and I want to make sure they have been dealt with to your satisfaction. - Your contract runs to 22 Aug 2026, so it is a good moment to talk about what you want from the brain between now and then, and who else in the business should be using it. I know the project, commercial and credit control teams were the reason you brought it in. I'd like to hear whether it is still doing that job for them, and where it is falling short. Marcus, Thursday morning works. 10:00 suits me. To be straight with you, I have not had the time to push this internally and it shows. The project team use it. Commercial less so. I want the variations sitting in one place next to what the client has signed, and right now I don't think that is happening. Come with an answer on that, please. Where's the variation record, and who is meant to be keeping it up to date? I have also seen the reminders from your finance side. I'll pick that up with our credit control team separately, so leave that with me. Don't make it part of Thursday. Bring Sunil in if you need the detail on the connectors.
