- Rachel Dunmore 9 Feb 2026 14:46Hello Debbie, I am writing about invoice INV-155-0007, which is still showing as unpaid on our ledger. This is the third reminder, so I would like to get it settled this week if we can. For your records, the details are: - Invoice number: INV-155-0007 - Issued: 24 Nov 2025 - Due: 24 Dec 2025 - Net amount: £11,000 - VAT: £2,200 - Gross amount: £13,200 The invoice covers the Growth subscription for Ashwell Mercer Interiors. It is now well past its due date, and I have not had a remittance or a query from your side since the first reminder. Could you confirm the following when you have a moment? - Has the invoice been received and approved on your side? - Is a payment run already scheduled, and if so for which date? - Could you confirm the PO number, in case it is being held for a missing reference? If the invoice has gone to the wrong person or the wrong address at your end, please tell me and I will reissue it straight away. Please find the original copy attached again for convenience. If there is a dispute about any part of the amount, I would rather know now so that it can be looked at properly. I cannot agree any adjustment myself, but I can pass it to our CFO. Thank you for your help with this. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
