Marcus Bell proposed a half-hour QBR to review usage across 40 licensed users. Craig Ashwell agreed, acknowledged fewer people are using the brain, and asked for numbers by team and who has stopped.

Ask: Craig wants Marcus to come with usage by team and name who has stopped using it. He wants teams to see each client's projects and variations in one place instead of their own spreadsheets.

Customer view: he accepts the dip and says he would rather deal with it now. He suggests bringing Dean, who he says knows who has access to what.

Next: Craig offered Thursday morning or Friday after lunch next week, not Wednesday.

Hi Craig, Thanks for the catch-up the other day. I'd like to get your next QBR in the diary, and I've pulled the numbers so we have something concrete to look at. What I'd like to cover: - how the brain is being used across the project, commercial and credit teams - which of your 40 licensed users are actually logging in, and which teams are quieter than they were - anything that isn't working for the people who use it Usage has dipped a little over the last few weeks, and I'd rather talk it through with you than leave it in a report. Shall we book half an hour? Let me know a couple of times that suit you next week and I'll send the invite. Happy to jump on a call earlier if you'd prefer to talk it through first. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a week. Half an hour is fine. Thursday morning or Friday after lunch next week both work. Not Wednesday, I'm out all day. I saw the dip too. Fewer people are in there than I'd like, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. I want the teams looking at each client's projects and variations in one place, not going back to their own spreadsheets. So come with the numbers by team and tell me who has stopped using it. I'd rather deal with it now. Bring Dean if he's useful. He knows who has access to what. Data as of Fri 9 Oct 2026. Text marked AI was written by the brain from the records listed in its made-from link; an AI output that cannot cite its evidence is refused and the previous text kept. Where two systems disagree (for example a contract and the CRM), the key facts show both values and mark the difference.
