What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Marcus Bell sent Craig Ashwell written notes after the check-in: a handful of the 40 licensed Growth users active, activity slightly down, no support issues. No customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Marcus proposes a walkthrough with two or three project teams on one live client, then a review ahead of the 22 Aug 2025 renewal. He asks to book half an hour next week.
Customer view: the thread holds no customer response. The notes record that Craig wants credit control and project managers using the brain, not only commercial.
Next: a usage-by-team review and a project walkthrough.

- Marcus Bell 17 Jun 2025 14:04Hi Craig, Thanks for making time today. Here are my notes so you have them in writing, and so your team can pick anything up if you are out on site. Where things stand: - You have 40 licensed users on Growth, and a typical month sees only a handful of them active. That is a small share of the licence. - Activity is slightly down on last quarter. I would not read much into one quarter, but I'd rather we looked at it together than let it drift. - Nothing is open with support and nobody has raised a problem, which is good. What I took away from you: - The brain is most useful where the project, commercial and credit teams look at the same client together. - Credit control and the project managers are the people you most want to see using it, rather than just the commercial team. What I'd suggest next: - I've pulled the numbers by team so we can see who is asking questions and who has never logged in. - We pick two or three project teams and run a short walkthrough on one live client, so the variations and the invoices are in one place. - We use that to plan the review ahead of your renewal on 22 Aug 2025. If that sounds sensible, shall we book half an hour next week? Happy to jump on a call whenever suits, and I can share my screen and show you the usage by team. Thanks, Marcus
