Current to 13 Oct 26Marcus Bell told Craig Ashwell that usage has edged up only slightly against 40 licensed users, that a handful of people do most of the asking, and that the term ends 22 Aug 2025. No customer reply in the thread.
Ask: Marcus offers a usage summary by team for Valerie Okon and a hands-on session for the commercial team.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread. Marcus names a key-person risk, since the brain goes quiet if one or two heavy askers move on.
Next: he has briefed Priya Raman so she is across it ahead of the renewal conversation.

- Marcus Bell 22 Apr 2025 17:47Hi Craig, Thanks for your time on the call. A few notes so we both have them, and one thing I wanted to say plainly. - Usage has edged up, but only slightly. The number of people logging in regularly is still small against the 40 licensed users. - A handful of people are doing most of the asking. If one or two of them are away or move on, the brain goes quiet for the business. - The commercial and credit teams are the ones you bought it for, and I'd like to see more of them using it day to day. That is where the variations and client invoices come together. - The term ends on 22 Aug 2025, so there is time, but I would rather we use it well than leave it to the last month. What would help from my side: I'll put together a short usage summary by team that you can share with Valerie, and I'm happy to run a hands-on session for the commercial team. Shall we book 30 minutes this week to pick a date? I've also let Priya Raman know where we are, so she is across it ahead of the renewal conversation. Thanks, Marcus
