Marcus Bell asked to book the next QBR for the Growth account. Craig Ashwell agreed to Wednesday morning, not before 10:00, wants Debbie in, and said the brain must show variations, client sign-off and billing together.

Ask: Marcus proposed an hour covering team usage, which connectors earn their keep and what Craig wants before the summer renewal conversation.

Customer view: Craig named the reason they bought it: variation, client sign-off and billing in one answer. He wants to know why if the brain cannot do that cleanly.

Next: Marcus to send a short agenda beforehand so Craig can brief the project managers.

Hi Craig, It's time to get the next QBR in the diary. I've pulled the numbers for your Growth account and usage is moving the right way, with more of your project and commercial people asking the brain questions than last quarter. What I'd like to cover: - how the project, commercial and credit teams are using it day to day - which connectors are earning their keep and which aren't - what you want it to do before the renewal conversation in the summer It would take about an hour. Would Tuesday or Wednesday next week suit, morning or afternoon? If your credit control team want to be in the room, I'm happy to include them. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Wednesday morning works. Not before 10:00, I've got a site walk first thing. Yes, bring Debbie in. She's the one chasing valuations and she needs to see client invoices next to the variations. That's the whole reason we bought it. Where's the variation, what has the client signed, has it been billed. If the brain can't answer that cleanly I want to know why. Send me a short agenda beforehand so I can tell the project managers what to bring.
