Marcus Bell asked for a check-in on who uses the brain against the forty licences. Craig Ashwell said only a handful are in it and the rest are back on spreadsheets, and he wants variations answered alongside client calls.

Ask: Marcus wanted a half-hour call to review real usage and what is getting in the way. Craig agreed to a Thursday morning call and asked Marcus to bring what he has pulled together.

Customer view: Craig is candid that adoption is patchy and owns part of it. His stated need is seeing the variation and what the client has signed.

Next: Marcus to send the invite and prepare usage evidence. This is an adoption risk on a Growth subscription and a value case to build.

Hi Craig, Hope the week has been kind to you. I've pulled the numbers for Ashwell Mercer Interiors ahead of our next check-in and wanted to get a slot in the diary. A few things I'd like to cover: - who is actually using the brain day to day, as against the forty licences you have - whether the project and commercial teams are getting what they hoped for - anything that's been getting in the way, on our side or yours I think there's more in it for your credit control team too, but I'd rather hear from you what's useful before suggesting anything. Happy to jump on a call. Shall we book half an hour next week? Let me know what suits and I'll send an invite. Thanks, Marcus

Marcus, Sorry for the slow reply. Site week. Honest answer: I'm not convinced the teams are using it as much as they should. A handful of us are in there. The rest are still going back to spreadsheets. That's on me as much as anyone. I want the project leads looking at variations alongside the client calls. Where's the variation? What has the client signed? That's what this should answer, and right now it isn't happening consistently. Thursday morning works for a call. Send the invite and bring whatever you've pulled together. Craig
