As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Rachel Dunmore sent Debbie Rowntree a first reminder that invoice INV-155-0003 (gross £12k, due 25 Dec 2024) is unpaid, and asked for the PO number. There is no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Rachel asked when payment will be made, requested remittance advice if it has already gone out, and asked which PO number the customer's team needs quoted.
Customer view: Debbie has not replied in this thread, so the evidence does not show why the invoice is unpaid.
Next: Chase a reply and settle the PO question, since a missing PO may be the cause and would be BG-Demo's to fix by reissuing.

- Rachel Dunmore 2 Jan 2025 16:20Dear Debbie, Happy new year. I'm writing about invoice INV-155-0003, which our records show as unpaid. For your records: - Invoice number: INV-155-0003 - Issued: 25 Nov 2024 - Due: 25 Dec 2024 - Net amount: £9,900 - VAT: £1,980 - Gross amount: £11,880 The due date has now passed, so I would be grateful if you could let me know when payment will be made. If it is already with your bank, please send me the remittance advice so I can allocate it. Could you also confirm the PO number your team needs quoted on the invoice? If one is missing, I will reissue the invoice straight away so it does not hold anything up. Please find the invoice attached again for convenience. If you have any questions about it, reply here and I will come back to you the same day. Kind regards, Rachel Dunmore Finance Manager
