- Nell Ashcombe 30 Sep 2024 08:02Hello Debbie, I'm writing to you directly because I'd rather this reached the right person quickly than sat in a queue. The invoice we issued on 23 Aug 2024 was due on 22 Sep 2024 and our records show it as unpaid. The details, so you can match it on your side: - Net amount: £9,900 - VAT: £1,980 - Gross amount: £11,880 This covers the first period of your Growth subscription. It is a routine reminder, and I'm not assuming anything is wrong on your side. These things often sit with a purchase order query, a missing approval or an invoice sent to the wrong inbox. Could you tell me one of three things: that it has been paid and I should look again at our end, the date it is scheduled to be paid, or what is holding it up? If we have got something wrong on the invoice, say so plainly and we will correct it. There is an earlier invoice outstanding too. I'll write about that separately so the two don't get tangled. Best, Nell
