Hello Debbie, Following my earlier note about the implementation invoice, this one is for the subscription itself. Your Growth subscription started today, 23 Aug 2024, and runs to 22 Aug 2025. The contracted value is £39,600 a year and it covers 40 licensed users. The invoice attached is dated 23 Aug 2024. The net amount is £9,900, VAT is £1,980, and the gross amount is £11,880. It falls due on 22 Sep 2024. Two things worth saying plainly. First, this is a separate invoice from the implementation one, so please don't treat it as a duplicate. Second, if your payment run doesn't fall neatly on the due date, tell me and we'll sort it, since that day is a Sunday. If you have any question on how it was calculated, ask me and I'll say what happened and how I know. Best, Nell
