What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Priya Raman sent the Growth order form. Valerie Okon asked whether £52k is the full first-period amount and for payment terms in the document itself. She will not sign before the board meets.
Ask: Valerie wants the implementation fee split out with its invoice date, and payment terms shown in the order form, not only in the email.
Customer view: she will not sign until the board has seen it.
Next: Priya replied that £52k is the deal total including the one-off implementation fee, not an annual subscription price, and pointed to the order form for terms and schedule.

- Priya Raman 7 Aug 2024 11:58Hi Valerie, The order form for the Growth tier is attached, ready for signature. The total deal value is £51,600, which includes the one-off implementation fee. The connectors we discussed are listed in it, with the commitment on how quickly each goes live. If we can get this over the line by 9 Aug 2024, we can start the implementation planning straight away with Craig and Debbie. Happy to answer anything before it goes to the board, by email or a quick call. Best, Priya
- Valerie Okon 7 Aug 2024 14:49Priya, Received. Two questions. First, please confirm that £51,600 is the full amount payable in the first period, and show me which part is the implementation fee and when it is invoiced. Second, I need to know what the payment terms are in the document itself, not only in your covering email. The board will see this when it next meets. I will not sign before then. Valerie Okon
- Priya Raman 7 Aug 2024 16:33Hi Valerie, Thanks, both fair questions. On the first: £51,600 is the total value of the deal, and it includes the one-off implementation fee. It should not be read as an annual subscription price. The order form shows the implementation fee as its own line, separate from the subscription, so the board can see the split. On the second: the payment terms are set out in the order form itself, under the MSA, and the invoicing schedule sits next to the commercial summary. I would rather you read them there than take my word in an email. Understood on the board. To keep momentum, we are still hoping for signature by 9 Aug 2024, but I know the date is theirs, not yours. Tell me if there is anything I can add to the pack and I will send it tonight. Best, Priya
