Current to 13 Oct 26Laura Penhaligon proposed a 90-minute remote training for the key account team. Lee Hathaway welcomed it, offered Thursday morning or Friday afternoon, and asked whether it will be recorded.
Ask: Laura wanted a practical session using a real corporate account, with days, attendees and accounts to be confirmed.
Customer view: Lee said it sounds just what the team needs and expects most of the key account team plus a few from complaints. He wants a larger corporate customer with a mix of gas and electricity sites.
Next: Lee to confirm a day, names and the example account, and Laura to answer on recording.

- Laura Penhaligon 1 Apr 2025 08:11Hi Lee, Now the first sources are loading, I would like to set up a training session for the key account team, so they can start using the brain on their own customers. My suggestion is a practical session of about an hour and a half. We would look at one of your corporate customers end to end: their sites, contracts, calls and bills in one place, and how to ask the brain questions about them. Bring a real account if you can, as it works much better than my examples. Could you let me know: - which days later this week or next suit you and the team - who is likely to attend - any accounts you would like us to use Happy to run it remotely. Kind regards, Laura Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Lee Hathaway 1 Apr 2025 09:36Hi Laura, Thanks, that sounds just what we need. Remote is fine. Thursday morning or Friday afternoon would be best for us, as the rest of the week is busy with renewals. I would expect most of the key account team to join, plus one or two people from the complaints side who deal with the same customers. I will confirm exact names once we have a day. For the live example, I would like to use one of our larger corporate customers with a mix of gas and electricity sites. I will pick one and tell you before the session. One question: will the session be recorded? A couple of the team will not make it and would want to catch up. Cheers, Lee
