What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26DeShawn Mitchell agreed to a forty-five minute discovery call on Wednesday afternoon, asked to see the account not the dashboard, and ruled out pricing until Laura is involved. He is weighing Enterprise against an analytics suite he already owns.
Ask: Jordan Pike proposed discovery. DeShawn described branch managers and credit disagreeing about what a contractor owes and wants to see what the branch sees.
Customer view: Interested but guarded. Budget talk waits until Laura is brought in, and no pricing is to be shown.
Next: Jordan said he cannot show a real account before connecting systems, so he will walk through a cross-system customer question and send the invite.

- Jordan Pike 17 Apr 2026 09:25Hi DeShawn, Jordan Pike here at BB-Demo. I'm the Account Executive opening our US business, and I'd like to set up a short discovery conversation with you. Here's where we are: I understand your national accounts managers are trying to give branch managers and credit one shared view of each contractor account, and that you're weighing Enterprise against the analytics suite you already own. I don't want to pitch anything before I understand how your teams work today. The agenda I have in mind is simple. First, how a national contractor account is handled across branches right now. Second, where branch and credit disagree about a customer. Third, what a good outcome looks like for you and the leadership team. Would forty-five minutes next Tuesday or Wednesday work? Happy to work around your travel to branches. Thanks, Jordan
- DeShawn Mitchell 21 Apr 2026 12:52Jordan, Sorry for the slow reply, I was out at a branch most of last week. Saw a counter manager there pulling up a contractor's account three different ways and still not agreeing with credit on what they owed. That's the problem in one picture. Wednesday afternoon works. Let's keep this moving, so please keep it to forty-five minutes. I'll have one of my managers join if she's free. One ask: show me the account, not the dashboard. What does the branch see? If you can do that on a real example, I'll listen. I'll need to bring Laura in before any talk of budget, so no pricing on this one. Thanks, DeShawn
- Jordan Pike 24 Apr 2026 14:30DeShawn, Thanks, and the branch story is exactly what I want to build the conversation around. To be transparent, I can't show you a real contractor account until we've connected to your systems, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I can do is walk through how the brain answers a question about one customer across the CRM, calls, tickets and billing, and you tell me what the branch would or wouldn't see. No pricing, as you asked. I'll send the invite today with a forty-five minute hold for Wednesday afternoon. If your manager can join, send me her name and I'll add her. What would make this a yes for you after that call? Even a rough answer helps me prepare. Thanks, Jordan
