What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Lewis Kerr sent CFO Andrew Sugden a £6,225 plus VAT Growth expansion, co-termed to the 10 Apr 2027 renewal. Andrew asked about further charges, then said he would sign on 30 Jun 2026. The thread does not show the signature.
Ask: Andrew wanted to know whether £6,225 was the whole cost for the year, so he could put it in the plan once. He also asked how many of the customer's own customers benefit.
Customer view: Lewis confirmed there are no further charges and the existing £44k subscription continues. Andrew said the business case is written and sits inside the plan, and asked that the order form carry the invoicing contact Martin gave Lewis.
Next: Lewis needs the order form to carry that invoicing contact. The thread ends before 30 Jun 2026, so the signature is not evidenced here.

- Lewis Kerr 23 Jun 2026 10:13Hello Nicola, Andrew, Following yesterday's emails, here is the proposal in a single place so Andrew has what he needs for the plan. - Expansion on your Growth subscription: £6,225 plus VAT, the total value of the deal - Co-termed to your renewal on 10 Apr 2027, so your renewal date stays where it is - Your existing subscription stays at £44,000 a year, and your 40 licensed users are unchanged by this order form - Target signature date: 30 Jun 2026 I'll be on the line for any question, and I can walk through the figures with Andrew's finance team if that would help. Kind regards, Lewis
- Andrew Sugden 23 Jun 2026 11:38Lewis, Thanks. Two questions before I take it further. Is £6,225 the whole cost to us for this year, or are there further charges to come, for example connected to the rollout? I need to put it in the plan once and not revisit it. And what does it touch in terms of how many of our customers see a benefit? Andrew Sugden
- Lewis Kerr 24 Jun 2026 10:34Hello Andrew, Nicola, On your first question: £6,225 plus VAT is the total value of this deal as set out in the order form, and I have no further charges to add to it. If anything is outside that scope, I'll tell you in writing before it is agreed, not afterwards. Your subscription at £44,000 a year continues as before. On your second: I would rather not guess a number from memory. Nicola's team is best placed to say how many of your business customers are served by the account managers using the view, and I'll gladly include that in the business case if she can share it. If the figure and the scope are clear, the order form is ready for signature, with 30 Jun 2026 still the date we are working to. Kind regards, Lewis
- Andrew Sugden 29 Jun 2026 11:13Lewis, Nicola has given me the customer coverage and the business case is written. It sits inside the plan. I'll sign tomorrow, 30 Jun 2026. Please make sure the order form carries the invoicing contact Martin gave you. Andrew Sugden
