Current to 13 Oct 26After the discovery call Lewis Kerr sent a Growth proposal at £52k excluding VAT. CFO Andrew Sugden replied that he needs the subscription and implementation split before he can write a business case.
Ask: Lewis summarised the call and set out the Growth proposal. He quoted £52k excluding VAT and pencilled in 28 Mar 2025 as a live and signed date.
Customer view: Andrew is not rejecting it but will not move on a total alone. He wants the split, what is excluded, any integration work falling to Harcastle, and how many customers the first phase touches.
Next: Lewis owes Andrew the commercial breakdown. The thread shows no reply to Andrew's request.

- Lewis Kerr 10 Jan 2025 13:43Hello Nicola, hello Andrew, Thank you both for your time this morning. I'll send the proposal over today, but I wanted to set out where we landed so that Andrew has it in one place. What I heard: account managers at Harcastle currently move between several systems to answer a single complaint, and Nicola would like them to see collections, missed-collection tickets, calls and invoices for each customer together. The Growth tier fits that, as it covers several teams and the connectors you described. To put a number on it, the total value of the Growth proposal as it stands is £51,600, excluding VAT. I have not quoted that from memory; it is taken from the proposal I am attaching, which separates the subscription from the one-off implementation work. I'm pencilling in 28 Mar 2025 as the date by which you would want to be live and signed, but that is yours to move. Andrew, I appreciate you will want a business case before anything is agreed. If there are particular figures you need from us for it, tell me and I'll send them over. Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Andrew Sugden 13 Jan 2025 13:16Lewis, Thanks for the summary. I have read the proposal. Before I take this further I need a business case written, and I can't do that from a total alone. Please send the split between the subscription and the implementation, what is not included, and whether any integration work falls to us rather than you. I don't want a cost appearing after the plan is set. Nicola will give me the operational side. From you I need the commercial side. One question: how many of our customers does this touch in the first phase? Andrew Sugden
