Current to 13 Oct 26Amara Obi sought a check-in to review recent tickets, a couple marked high priority, as usage kept climbing. Gemma Thorne said she was happy to discuss them and moved the call to a Tuesday at 10:00.
Ask: Amara wanted to go through the tickets and confirm nothing was unresolved, and invited the person who looks after data loads, as some tickets touch the sources.
Customer view: Gemma had seen the tickets and raised no complaint. She said the right person would join for the data side.
Next: Amara apologised for a slow reply and will bring open tickets grouped by theme.

- Amara Obi 17 Mar 2026 12:58Hi Gemma, It's time for another check-in. Usage has kept climbing since we last spoke, and a few tickets have come in over the last month, a couple of them marked high priority. I'd like to go through those with you and make sure nothing is sitting unresolved. Could we find half an hour this week? Thursday or Friday would work on my side. If it is useful, whoever looks after the data loads on your side is welcome to join, as some of the tickets touch the sources. Best, Amara
- Gemma Thorne 18 Mar 2026 10:06Hi Amara, Sorry, this week is full of client reviews, so Thursday and Friday are no good for me. I have seen the tickets go through and I'm happy to talk them over. Could we do early next week instead? Tuesday morning would be best, anytime before 12:00. I'll make sure the right person from the team is there for the data side. Thanks, Gemma
- Amara Obi 20 Mar 2026 16:45Hi Gemma, Apologies for the slow reply. Tuesday at 10:00 works for me, so I'll send the invite now. I'll bring the usage trend and a short list of the open tickets, grouped by what they relate to, so we can see whether there is a pattern. If there is anything you would like added to the agenda, just let me know before then. Best, Amara
