Gemma Thorne accepted a demo on a sample of Carnmoor Fleet Leasing's own data at Thursday 14:00, and will bring a corporate account manager and someone from the service desk. Her one concern is IT sight of any data extract.

Ask: In her 12 Sep 2025 email Sophie Ling proposed a demo on a sample of Carnmoor Fleet Leasing's own data, run by Hannah Lowe, and offered three slots.

Customer view: Gemma Thorne replied on 15 Sep 2025 that Thursday at 14:00 works and wants the service desk in the room so there are not two versions of the same story. She does not want to promise an extract that IT have not seen.

Next: Sophie sends the invite, and Hannah confirms the sample in writing by the end of the week so IT can review it first.

Hi Gemma, Thanks for the conversation earlier. As promised, I'd like to get a demo in the diary where we show you the brain running on a sample of your own data, rather than a generic set. I'd like Hannah Lowe, our Solutions Engineer, to run it. She can talk through how the connectors would sit against your fleet records, client queries and invoices, and answer any technical questions on the spot. Could you do next Thursday at 10:00 or 14:00, or Friday at 10:00? It would be worth having whoever prepares your client reviews in the room, as that's the problem we'll be aiming at. If none of those work, send me a couple of windows that do and I'll move things around. Kind regards, Sophie Sophie Ling Account Executive, BG-Demo

Hi Sophie, Thanks for this. I'm in the middle of pulling together a client review for one of our bigger corporate fleets, so this is very much on my mind. Thursday at 14:00 works for me. I'd like to bring one of our corporate account managers, and I'll ask someone from the service desk to join too. Let's get the service desk in on this, otherwise we'll end up with two versions of the same story. One question: will Hannah need anything from us beforehand? I don't want to promise a data extract that IT haven't seen. Thanks, Gemma

Hi Gemma, Great, Thursday at 14:00 it is. I'll send the invite this morning and include Hannah. On preparation: nothing needs to leave your systems before the session. Hannah will use a small, agreed sample and will confirm in writing exactly what she'd like to see, so your IT colleagues can review it first. I'll get that to you by the end of the week. If it helps, bring one real client review you're working on and we'll build the demo around it. Speak soon, Sophie
