As at Fri 9 Oct 2026After the demo Kofi Asamoah asks how the nightly refresh works and flags a client-list mismatch between leasing system and CRM. He has not yet sent the source list. Sophie restates £54k and an 18 Nov 2025 close.
Ask: Sophie wants Kofi's list of sources to connect first and how each is refreshed, to check scope against Growth. She restates £54k as total deal value and an expected close of 18 Nov 2025.
Customer view: Kofi proposes four sources in order: leasing system, service desk ticketing, finance system, CRM. He prefers loading from the reporting copy, and wants the client mapping sorted before anything loads.
Next: Kofi will check the load on the reporting copy and then send the source list. Sophie is to send Anya's refresh write-up.

- Sophie Ling 12 Sep 2025 10:39Hi both, Thank you for your time at the demo. It was useful to see the questions your team went to first, which were about client queries and invoices side by side. Two things from our side. First, the figure we discussed for Growth is £53,800 as the total deal value, and we have pencilled the expected close for 18 Nov 2025, which leaves plenty of time for Ian to review it properly. Second, Anya would like Kofi to list the sources you would want connected first, and roughly how each one is refreshed today, so we can check the scope against what Growth includes. No rush, but a first list by early next week would help us plan the implementation properly. Kind regards, Sophie
- Kofi Asamoah 12 Sep 2025 11:49Hi Sophie, Thanks, that was helpful. I'll put the list together. I would start with the leasing system, the service desk ticketing, the finance system and the CRM, in that order, since those are what the account managers rebuild by hand before each client review. Before I commit to the order, which source is that nightly refresh coming from on your side, and does it run from our copy or the live system? I'd rather not guess at that. Cheers, Kofi
- Sophie Ling 15 Sep 2025 10:34Hi Kofi, hi Gemma, Good question, Kofi. Anya has confirmed that the brain runs inside your own Snowflake account, so the nightly load reads from whatever you point it at there. It does not touch the live leasing system unless you choose to connect it that way. She has written up how the refresh would work for each of the four sources and I can send that across if it helps. On the order, I think your instinct is right. Starting with the leasing system gives Gemma's account managers the fleet view first, and the other three can follow once that is loading cleanly. Sophie
- Kofi Asamoah 16 Sep 2025 12:29Hi Sophie, That answers it, thanks. Pointing the load at our reporting copy suits me better than the live system, and it keeps the overnight window clear. Yes please, send Anya's write-up. One caveat: our client list does not always match between the leasing system and the CRM. That's a mapping question, not a bug, but I will want to sort it before anything is loaded, and I'll tell Gemma before I change any mapping. I'll check last night's load on the reporting copy and come back with the source list once I have confirmed that. Cheers, Kofi
