Hi Ingrid, I'm writing to invite you to our next webinar, Your renewals, read by the brain, on Thursday 24 September 2026. It is online, so there is nothing to book beyond a place. The story here is how teams use the brain to see renewals coming: contract terms, ticket history and call notes read together, rather than pieced together by hand. We will show it on a worked example and leave time for questions. I am sending this to you as well as your colleagues in customer success because the session touches on how the brain sits inside the customer's own Snowflake account, and I expect that is a topic you will have a view on. Questions on access and data handling are very welcome. Would you like me to hold a place for you? If it is easier, forward this to anyone on your team who should join. Best, Alice Head of Marketing, BG-Demo
