After the demo, Jordan Pike set a close target of 18 Mar 2026 on a Growth proposal of £62k including implementation. Tyrell Haynes asked for helpdesk and usage connected first and left commercial terms to Caitlin Mercer.

Ask: Jordan asked which sources to connect first and what would make this a yes. The £62k total deal value is a proposal figure, not an agreed price, and the proposal itself is still to be sent.

Customer view: Tyrell wants helpdesk tickets and product usage first. He asked how renewal call recordings would be matched to the right distributor, given inconsistent naming.

Next: Hannah Lowe is to answer the matching question and walk Tyrell through connectors. The evidence does not show Caitlin's view on price.

Hi Caitlin, Tyrell, Thanks for the time on the demo. Here's where we are: you saw the brain running on a sample of your own ticket, usage and renewal-call data, and the main question from your side was whether customer success can see one distributor's full picture without opening three systems. To be transparent, the demo used a limited sample, so the next step is to agree which sources you want connected first. Hannah is copied and can walk Tyrell through the connector options. Our working target is to close by 18 Mar 2026, on a Growth proposal with a total deal value of £62,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee. I'll send the proposal itself once we've agreed scope. What would make this a yes? Reply with anything you'd want changed or added. Thanks, Jordan

Jordan, Thanks for the summary. Two points from my side. First, the distributor view is what my team would use most, so I'd want the helpdesk tickets and product usage connected before anything else. Second, can Hannah confirm how renewal call recordings would be matched to the right distributor? Our naming is not consistent between the call recorder and the tickets, and I'd rather know that up front than find out in week three. I'll leave the commercial side to Caitlin. Thanks, Tyrell Haynes Senior Customer Success Manager, Pemaquid Analytics
