Ask: BG-Demo finance sent the invoice for the customer's records and asked whether a PO number should be quoted.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so the evidence does not show whether a PO is needed or whether the invoice was paid.

Rachel Dunmore 15 May 2026 10:27Dear Ilse, Please find attached invoice INV-086-0004, issued today, 15 May 2026, for £2,115. The net amount is £2,115, VAT is £0 and the gross amount is £2,115. Payment is due on 14 Jun 2026 on our standard 30-day terms. It currently shows as unpaid, which is as expected at this stage. Could you confirm the PO number your team would like quoted on it?
